TGV’s products covered Butterfly valves, Check valves, Strainers, Gate valves, Ball valves, Globe valves, Expansion joints, Flanges and Fittings with pressure range from 0.5 to 6.4MPa, size from DN15 to DN3000. The products are widely used to national key projects, for example, South-to-North Water Diversion Project, CNOOC Shanghai petrochemical project, Tianjin Dagang Power Plant seawater cooling and desalination project.
The products also have been widely exported to more than 30 countries and regions, such as USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand, Russia, Italy, Australia, South Africa, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam and so on.

·We strickly comply with ISO9001 quality management system in all operation procedures of warehousing, incoming material inspection, producing, packaging, equipment management & maintenance, quality assurance etc.
·Dimension inspection–including face to face, drillings and other key parameters.
·We inspect every single incoming castings, to ensure there is no sand holes, cracks or any defects on castings
·We request and save castings’ test report of chemical composition & mechanical property and material samples of every single batch only from the decent & certificated foundry.
·Inspect all key parameters regarding to dimensions & sizes.
·Inside test reports & approval will be issued for each order for save and check.
·We do epoxy coating thickness inspection on incoming painted castings.
·Minimum 250μm coating film thickness will be guaranteed.
·We do hydraulic pressure testing on every valve according to API598 specifications, no one leaked valves go out of our plant.
We have a standard packaging specific regulations:
1. Each of valve will be covered by a bubble plastic bag.
2. We put the valves by layers orderly and use cardboard to seperate each layer to make sure valves not bump with each other and protect the painting.
3. We only use quality plywood cases, which is suitable for all kinds of transportation (by sea, by air, by land or by train).
1. We promise to offer after-sales services if there is any confirmed products quality problems, including refund or exchange service within 12 months from the date of installation.
2. We provide free technical support & solution to customers if goods have past the warranty, for example a video reference of repair or maintaining from us.
3. After each order, customers’ preference regarding to products such as casting mould , customized packaging, special design etc. will be recorded as a special documentary file to ensure the uniformity of the reorder next time.
